where they are referred to as "probetas estandarizadas de tracción"
and lower down is a photo of a "molde de probetas",
although the document is from 2003 so they may not look the same as today's equivalents.

Me alegra poder haberte ayudado. Voy a hacer el cambio en el glosario: Probetas = test specimens; probetas de tracción = tensile test specimens (hay probetas para otros ensayos tambien, como compresión, desgarre, etc.)

Se me olvidó comentar: en este caso, la mejor referencia pueden ser las normas ASTM si logras encontrarlas en la red. Allí encontrarás la termnología relacionada con los ensayos de materiales
