the term comes in a budget for carrying out rubber fatigue tests, and the exact context is:

In this question I am asking about "hinchamientos" but I just posted a separate question about the "probetas" in this context, which are shown here near the top of the page

where they are referred to as "probetas estandarizadas de tracción"
and lower down is a photo of a "molde de probetas",
although the document is from 2003 so they may not look the same as today's equivalents.
The only clue to "Hinchamientos" in the reference document is in the "Conclusiones" box where it refers to "medidas de hinchamiento".
