Spanish term or phrase: curva
"cultivos arracacha y curva"

Sorry, there's no more context. This is a database entry describing land use in an area of Colombia. I've tracked down "arracacha" as a type of root vegetable for which there is no English translation, but I haven't found anything on "curva." It must be some sort of vegetable, but I don't know if there's a translation for it or not, or if not, perhaps a description of what type of vegetable it is. Thanks.

Reference information:
On this website there are pictures of 'arracha' and 'curuba'. I wonder if 'curva' is a mispelling of 'curuba'.
