2.1 Subscription Services
During the Term, Service Provider shall perform the following services (collectively, the “Subscription Services”) in connection with, as applicable, the Serviced Equipment:
(a) Scheduled Maintenance, as described in Annex 1 [Scheduled Maintenance];
(b) Unscheduled Maintenance, as described in Annex 2 [Unscheduled Maintenance];
(c) provide certain Consumables, Spare Parts, tools and equipment, as described in Clause 2.7 [Consumables, Spare Parts, Tools and Equipment];
(d) remote surveillance, as described in Annex 3 [Remote Surveillance (Turbine Watch)]

provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Service Provider shall have no obligation to perform any particular Subscription Service until the later of (i) the Services Commencement Date of the applicable Wind Turbine (or other Serviced Equipment) upon which such Subscription Service is to be performed and (ii) the date that the particular portion of the applicable Wind Turbine (or other Serviced Equipment) upon which such Subscription Service is to be performed (or which portion is necessary or required for performance of such Subscription Service) is complete so as to enable Service Provider to perform such Subscription Service. The Subscription Services shall not include (1) any action or service required to comply with the Supply Agreement Warranties or
