Two possibilities. Sale and purchase agreement, or stock purchase agreement. I think there's a very strong possibility it's one of these (try Googling them with "due diligence"), but I'd check with the customer. Is this the only mention of SPA in the document?

It could also be "stock purchase agreement" or "sale and purchase agreement", but (a) all three mean the same thing and (b) "share purchase" gets over a million Google hits, far more than the other two.

The additional context provided by the asker says "en application des clauses du SPA", so it's clearly an agreement.

I meant that "share purchase agreement" gets over a million hits when Googled with "due diligence".
