More context Servers are usually "servidor" and node are usually "nodo", but we really need to see the context (the whole sentence or paragraph, etc) where the term is used. "Central" is an adjective in English, whereas it is often used in Spanish to mean "unit" or anything vaguely central (for example "customer help desk/line/ service/centre" is often "central de asistencia al cliente"). I've struggled with this in many contexts over the years in similar fields so would like to be able to help out here, but with the scanty context provided, no can do.
