TELA toccata alla S. Lingua di S. ANTONIO di Padova

Italian to English Other Religion A piece of cloth from One of the Saints?
After my Grandfather passed away some of his possesions were given to me-one of them being a tiny brown leather "billfold". Inside of which was a little tiny brown leather bound "book" that was littraly falling apart, upon opening it there is a small circle w/ a picture of a man-eyes closed, head bent toward the top of the head of a small child he is holding in one hand and what appears to be bouquet of Lilys in the other hand. On the oppisite is a square opening w/the phrase:
TELA
toccata
alla S. Lingua

di
S. ANTONIO
di Padova
Written exactly as above and in the space in between is a tiny piece of white cloth held with a blue thread cross or +

On the front of the "book" is a faded picture of a church in green? There is also stamped writing on the back but it is too faded to read. the inside covers have greyish type "padding" and the words from the actual pages of a book-Im afraid to lift or pull the material away but a word in capitol letters reads PASSIVO-"sarei let" are two words or partial words I can see on the back.
IMPERFETTO is in capitols on the "church side".
I hope someone can help me-this is one of only 2 pieces of my Grandfather I was able to keep. I Thank You & Appreciate your time and knowledge,

Louise Ann

Various legends surround the death of Anthony. One holds that when he died, the children cried in the streets and that all the bells of the churches rang of their own accord. Another legend regards his tongue. Anthony is buried in a chapel within the large basilica built to honor him, where his tongue is displayed for veneration in a large reliquary. For, when his body was exhumed thirty years after his death, it was claimed that the tongue glistened and looked as if it was still alive and moist; apparently a further claim was made that this was a sign of his gift of preaching.[4]
