In response to AllegroTrans, arises the question whether "group" has any significance. Interesting point. My response is the following. "Group" in my mind means either the French tax system taken as a whole, or ZZZ's classification within the French tax regime. In other words, let's say for sake of argument it losses its tax status as a "corporation" and is taxed as a "sole proprietor" (Unlike, but you get the point. My argument is that this has nothing to do with "classification" but rather that ZZZ is no longer taxed under French law. It has become subject to tax laws in the country of XXX |
