Hello, I am translating a Curriculum Vitae and I would like to know the equivalent certificate in the UK for the Italian term 'Patente Nautica (Primo ufficiale di macchina a bordo di navi aventi un apparato motore principale con potenza pari o superiore a 3000kW).' It is a International Maritime Organization's Certificate issues by 'Capitaneria di Porto'. Thank you.
