Polish term or phrase: Poakowska
Poakowska partyzantka działająca na tym terenie zajmowała się propagandą i walkami z władzą sowiecką.

Does there exist any already used English name so not to use the form "former Home Army partisans"? This term is repeating often in a book and I'd like to use a shorter form.

Explanation:
I prefer not to translate AK where possible, perhaps providing 'Home Army' in brackets at first mention only.
