Italian term

TC AP

Italian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology
I am translating a medical report full of acronyms that sometimes are Italian and other times are in English.
Can someone help me figure out what TC: AP stands for:

Context: A report for a patient with stomach cancer awaiting surgery.
27/8/2012 TC: AP PA (Blood pressure) 130/80 FC (heart rate): 71 SatO2 (saturation): 98%
soggettivamente bene, in attesta di intervento.

Thank you in advance!
Alice

I believe Judy is correct - TC is temperatura corporea and as someone has just pointed out in answer to my question AP in this context is apiretica. see https://www.proz.com/kudoz/italian-to-english/medical-genera...
JudyC May 11, 2013:
temperatura corporea ?? The abbreviation is in a list of vital signs, so I don't think it has anything to do with computed tomography. Also, whatever AP stands for, it has to be a result (if the punctuation is correct). My guess is "temperatura corporea" but I haven't found anything suitable for AP .

trattamento chirurgico - TC? perhaps, since the patient is awaiting surgery, but this is a guess.
"Therapy completed" would be an option as well.

CT : PA

CT (scan) shows pulmonary atresia

I'm not at all sure of this, but just putting it out there for discussion.

TC may be "tomografia computarizzata" and AP can be a number of things ... the only one in my glossary that seems close for this context is "atresia polmonare" ... but I don't think this is common in adults.

Just putting this out as a suggestion ... comments and corrections are welcome.
Note from asker:
Thank you Joseph. Yes I figured TC is probably CT scan, but I couldn't figure out AP. Thank you for the suggestion!

2 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "You pointed me in the right direction and I believe the answer may be CT (scan) PA for pulmonary angiogram (angiografia polmonare)...in which case TC could be Test Completed...either way Thank you and "curse you acronyms"! :)"

CT: AP/PA

My guess is that AP means anteroposteriore and PA means posteroanteriore as in radiographs. English acronyms should be the same.

Thanks!
neutral texjax DDS PhD : Come fa una TC a essere anteroposteriore?

Non lo è, sono le immagini che ne risultano che possono presentare la visione anteroposteriore. http://www.springerimages.com/Images/RSS/1-10.1007_s12105-01...
disagree Lirka : unlikely, that applies only to X-rays

disagree Joseph Tein : Same here ... I considered anterior-posterior, but it doesn't make sense for a CT scan. And the following PA is "pressione arteriosa" which -- obviously -- goes with the 130/80 reading.
