agree  Jadwiga Wos: Albo "disorderly" conduct, z AmE. "Anti-social behaviour" jest często używane w BrE na podobne zachowania.@Jaca: w UK TV, o hooligans slychac raczej tylko w kontekscie meczow pilkarskich, to moze zbyt drastyczne slowo na "znudzona" mlodziez spod bloku :-)
