This is actually for a text about the restoration of a fresco. Is it simply "by weight"

En el mortero, “si bien se encontró piedra molida silícea, como parte de los agregados, está en muy poca cantidad y muy probablemente sea propia de las impurezas de la misma arena. Cuantitativamente, el ligante está en una proporción de 18% p/p ( peso en peso) y el 82% restante son los agregados, en este caso arena de granulometría fina a muy fina”.

According to the references I have provided, neither 'porcentaje en peso' or 'weight percent' is correct!

In Spanish it should be 'porcentaje en masa' and in English, 'mass percentage'.
