Arabic term or phrase: هجاص / الهجص
I've had this word come up in a couple of different contexts.

1. Someone is putting together a newspaper mainly for the sake of selling advertisements. Then to make it more attractive, he throws in a couple of articles, but it is just simple stuff, not real journalism. Someone then says:

يعمل موضوعين كده فى الهجص و خلاص

2. Someone's license has expired but he denies this. Then someone says about him:

هو هجاص اصل يعنى بينى و بينك

Although I have a sense of what the word means in each context, I'd like to hear from others to make sure I am on the right track.
