Io intendo che "Nelle sue abitazioni si sente a casa anche quando è all'estero". Sbaglio?
Preciso che questo designer è olandese ma ha case in 3 diverse capitali europee.
Questo potrebbe ricollegarsi anche al titolo che è "In der Ferne so nah", che renderei con "Lontamente vicino", che ne dite?

Lo stesso vale per "in der Ferne so nah" che renderei con "lontano eppure vicino", oppure "così lontano, così vicino" anche perché "lontanamente vicino" mi fa pensare a "(non ci va nemmeno) lontanamente vicino", che ha una connotazione negativa...
