bullish può significare in ambito finanziario "tendente al rialzo", bull market mercato in rialzo, ma non capisco bene il senso: this is bullish, this sarebbe il fatto che gli investitori non si accorgono degli elementi positivi e sono scettici?

Il termine bullish in questo caso mi sembra riferito al persistente comportamento scettico degli investitori, che tendono a ignorare i segnali positivi di un mercato toro.

Sorry, I disagree. "Bullish" doesn't solely identify a rise in market prices. This adjective can actually define an attitude. How would you translate: "green shoots of optimistic sentiment have faded back to skepticism. This is bullish"? Thanks
