English term

injector-nozzle

English to Russian Tech/Engineering Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng технология
The hot Chamber constitutes the chamber from which the injector-nozzles for extracting the risers are fed. It is applied to the upper part of the mould combination and keeps all the nozzles blocked against the mould, whose passing shafts are connected to the respective hydraulic cylinders by fast coupling. The hot chamber is thermostatic with five independent zones, which also comprise the external rings of the single nozzles. The whole execution is seen in the perspective of simplicity, to facilitate all needs for intervention and maintenance.
The injector-nozzles for extracting the risers are placed at the exit of the hot chamber, have a diameter of 22-25 mm and are interchangeable, thermostatic at about 220°C and insulated from the mass, with shutter-shaft, treated and rectified.
The opening/closing is obtained with hydraulic cylinders (Ø 40 fixed stroke 40 mm) with fast introduction and fed by a manifold that allows their simultaneous and/or synchronized operation. With the closed cylinder they allow the material flow, with the opened cylinder they cut the flow and therefore the removal of risers, with perfectly sealing valves.
They are blocked against the mould by the hot chamber from which they are fed, the cylindrical external body is thermostatic to get the hot spot by a single control with temperature scanning.
The action is simultaneous at the pressure of 160 bar, the opening coincides with the product injection, the closing with the total filling of the mould, all managed by the cycle software.
