Polish term

umowy terminarzowe

Polish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
A company is describing the types of contracts it routinely enters into.
The first type is "standardowe zamówienia" (standard procurement orders).
The second type is "umowy terminarzowe".
I called this "Orders extending over a period of time."
I do not think it means "Orders with a strict deadline."
