Étant donné que de toutes façons une loi ne peut avoir d'influence sur la matière que si elle est effectivement 'en vigueur', il me semble qu'il s'agit dans le cas présent de savoir "quelle loi" serait d'application, c-à-d., la loi de quel pays, ou quel état? Bref, quelle est la loi 'pertinente'?
