Spanish term or phrase: extra-edad
Estmados colegas,

i) Falta de motivación
ii) Rezago educativo
iii) Recursos económicos
iv) Trabajo
v) Extra-edad.

Sé que extra-edad se refiere a personas bastante adultas como para estar estudiando y se podría traducir como 'adult people' o 'too grown up people' no obstante considero que mi traducción no transmite fielmente la idea o la supuesta idea original.

Sugerencias al respecto.

Given this idea I thought that extra-Edad means those children<u/> that are too old to be included in the education process. Hope I was useful.

Explanation:
As "mature student" is used for "estudiante mayor", I think this works here.
