"courts of" mi zabrakło -- submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

"The Parties submit this Agreement to the laws of Poland" - taka była moja wersja, bo wiedziałam, że klient nie łyknie zmiany szyku zdania (czyli This Agreement shall be governed...). Czy ta wersja jest Waszym zdaniem błędna?
