Je garderais le terme de "programme", car sans élément supplémentaire, cela pourrait vraisemblablement ne pas se limiter à une simple présentation des options possibles. Par exemple, vérifier avec le service informatique que le matériel a été remis, se rendre à la comptabilité pour contrôler que tout est en ordre, archiver la documentation, faire le point avec le service sécurité (confidentialité), etc.

En tout cas, c'est ce que j'ai vécu lorsque j'ai quitté Londres (en interne on appelait ça un "Circuit de départ").
