Cette phrase est ce que dit un enquêteur qui avait "prévu" qu'une personne finirait par être tuée suite à une boulette commise par une équipe de police qui a laissé s'échapper plusieurs armes à feu dans la nature. Les armes en question sont tombées entre de mauvaises mains et ont fait une victime.
La phrase est issue du passage suivant. L'enquêteur parle à son supérieur
