Beta, I'm considering these "subsidies" are monetary and provided by some authority. Otherwise, "subsidies" may not be the correct term, as it may refer to many different things, as a generic term.
A great weekend for you too!

Beta, it sure looks like the subsidies for an enterprise's capital are actually called "subsidies", right?

And maybe we're not talking about assignment or designation here, yet of an "allocation".

Let me put this in a different perspective: The way I see it, if a subsidy is under a process of approval/authorization, to be included in a future budget, it would be an assignment or designation.
If the subsidy has already been approved, and is already considered in the current budget, it is a mere transfer from one account to the other. In that case, an allocation.
Does that make sense in your document?

Note from asker:
Hi, Mario! Your suggestion is pretty straight-forward and could work. I just wonder because, as I said, that are a few ways to interpret it - one of them being "award attribution". Finance is not my forte, but I'm looking to get it right the first time. Thank you and I'll wait for a few more suggestions. Enjoy your weekend!! |

Mario, yes, it makes total sense. Since we are talking about a course being taught, there are no actual allocations as of yet - but how to assign them. Unless you convince me otherwise ;) Thank you, my friend. |
