International Representative (Representative) – A person or legal entity engaged by the Company to *solicit*, promote and market the Company products and services and to assist in securing sales contracts to customers in a specified territory outside of the United States, or through the United States Government (e.g. a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) scenario).
