unlawful threat

Taken from Norstedts Juridikordbok

Threat Definition:
A menace designed to intimidate the person on whom it is directed to take some action, and which carries with it some sanction if not performed.

Unlawful definition: not lawful; contrary to law; illegal.
Peer comment(s):

agree George Hopkins : Is the right answer. To say to someone, "Du ska passa dig" borders on 'olaga hot' but is not a punishable offence.

(crim) blackmail/ing: unlawful threatening behavio(u)r

can be non-monetary.

Surely not civil law as in the question header, namely these acts and course of conduct are covered by the Swedish brottsbalken.
Example sentence:

to force or coerce into a particular action, statement, etc.: The strikers claimed they were blackmailed into signing the new contract.

Assault

The definition in the reference matches the definition of assault - as in assault and battery. Corresponds to Olga hot ouch mishandel. CrimLaw 101.
