Law: Contract(s)
English term or phrase: intended products
Each Party agrees and undertakes not to use any of the Confidential Information provided for any purpose that may lead to the establishment of any business, collaboration or other venture which may compete directly or indirectly with the current or intended products or associated businesses of the other Party or any other project planned by the other Party.

produits que l'autre partie vend ou a l'intention de vendre
Explanation:
here

intended products = products that the other Party doesn't sell at the time of signing the contract, but has the intention to start selling in a near future.

i.e. the point is not about what the products are intended for, but who has the intention of selling them;

100% sure of the meaning, but can't see any shorter formulation.

Note added at 16 hrs (2015-11-04 11:34:39 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

the whole clause is about avoiding a situation where one Party could misuse confidential information to start competing with the other Party (see ... may lead to the establishment of any business, collaboration or other venture which may compete)

"current or intended products" means that the other Party can not use the confidential information to compete ON THE MARKET (competition happens on a market, selling is ALWAYS involved - something that is not offered for sale IS NOT A PRODUCT) and that that restriction applies not only to the products currently sold/marketed by one Party, but also to those products that the Party intends to put soon on the market.

neutral  John Detre: I think "intended" here means something they are planning to do, so perhaps a bit more definite than "envisagé" // Not sure about ciblés either - has to be something opposed to "current," something they will do in the future -- prévus ? projétés ?
1 hr
  -> Can we say "produits ciblés"?

neutral  John Detre: I think "intended" implies that they at least have the product in mind. "Futur" seems broader than that; it would cover any product at any point in the future, including products that haven't even occurred to the company yet.
