high-lintel redirection
Ein "Sturz" ist der Platzbedarf zwischen einer Toröffnung und einer Decken- oder Dachkonstruktion.
Im www habe ich eine "low-lintel redirection" gefunden, desshalb passt meiner Meinung nach high-lintel redirection

High lift track
Some drawings would be useful - I have researched some single language sources (see below. The first one links to a brochure that uses the term - it appears to talk about the track systems
The second link is the a UK site that describes similar system. On the drawing which can be accessed at http://www.ukrollershutters.co.uk/images/shutters/Overhead-D... they differentiate the different track systems as 'Standard lift track', 'High lift track' and 'low headroom lift track'. I think this might work in this context.

: Most convincing. It also makes a lot more sense once you don't see it as "Hochsturz-Umlenkung", but as "Hoch-Sturzumlenkung".

There has been a typo in the source term right from the start:
Hochsturzulenkung -> Hochsturzumlenkung
Hochsturzulenkung -> Hochsturzumlenkung
