English to Spanish Other Law: Contract(s)

STIPULATION, made this xxx day of xxx, 2010, between xxxxx, residing at xxxxx (hereinafter referred to as the "Husband"), and xxxxx, residing at xxxxx (hereinafter referred to as the "Wife").
WHEREAS, the parties hereto were duly married in County of Queens and State of New York, on September 6, 1996; and
WHEREAS, there are no children ofthe marriage, and none are expected; and WHEREAS, the wife has instituted an action for a divorce against the husband, which is now pending ín the Supreme Court of New York State, Westchester County, and is designated by lndex No. , wherein the wife prays for a judgment of divorce against the husband; and
WHEREAS, each party has been advised of their rights to obtain full disclosure of the other party's financia! condition, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities and assets transferred, and have obtained full and satisfactory disclosure of such; and
