interaction of the going-concern assumption (and see below) Explanation: interaction of the going-concern assumption for financial reporting purposes (ALT: under commercial law) and the going-concern forecast for insolvency purposes. They are close but not identical and the terms seem to be founded under different concepts in the two sets of law. (See also Fortbestehenssprognose versus Fortführungprognose in the reference below). Not quite happy with "going-concern forecast" but since the two terms need to be differentiated.... maybe "turnaround forecast" would be better. I admit, I would need to do more research. So only a medium confidence level.
