Spanish term

anillo colector de agua caliente

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
I'm afraid there's no more context than the sentence below as it is part of a list of work to be done on an old hotel (more than a century old) to bring it into line with regulations. The country is Spain if that makes any difference...

"Sustitución anillo colector de agua caliente."

Thanks very much for any thoughts!

hot water collector ring

Literally. Am not sure if "loop" or "ring" is the best option.

Is it for solar power?

As my namesake notes below, just "hot water collector" would probably be enough detail, and avoid us having to agonise about whether it's a loop (which often describes the whole setup), ring or element.
Note from asker:
Thanks very much. I don't know if it is for solar power. It could be but the hotel is very old-fshioned at the moment.

agree Neil Ashby : Simply "hot water collector" would do the trick, me thinks.
