Discussion
"Societies" more often refer to the citizens.
Doesn't say he/she's "always tried to", or contributed "to the best of my ability".
No, it's more "I'm God's gift to the world", so any translation would need to take the tone down a notch or two.
If this is the equivalent in Chile of "valorar", for example, that's another matter.
