Swedish term

måltidsraster

Swedish to English Other Human Resources workplace rules
In the following sentence, if "måltidsuppehåll" is meal break, then what is "måltidsraster"?
I am guessing the first a longer than the second, but do we have different terms for this in English? Is one type of break a paid break and not the other?

På företaget tillämpas måltidsraster eller i de fall arbetsförhållanden på en viss avdelning kräver det kan istället måltidsuppehåll tillämpas

Thanks I think for the purpose of my document, I will probably use "paid/unpaid meal breaks" for "måltidsraster/måltidsupphåll respectively.

When driving a bus If you got less than 30 min between shifts sitting on a bus, the break was paid time, if you got more than 30 min, it was unpaid time. Ppl were never happy getting those 31 min breaks...

One is included in the normal working hours, whereas the other is not paid, perhaps. http://www.jbk.se/avtal/pg04/mom11.htm
