Sombres-sangsues Explanation: The way you translate it is purely a matter of taste in this case. I personally would go for : 1/ something close to the source text 2/ something which calls to the imagination, without being too "young adult" or silly - it's supposed to represent a threat, so go for something more frightening. You could say: "Ombres noires des sangsues" "Noires sangsues" (can concatenate as one word if you prefer, such as "Noiressangsues" "SombresSangsues" or "Sombres-sangsues", etc... I would personally go for a translation of the the word "dark" before the rest, since it's the first thing that comes to mind, and establishes a feeling, a tone... And it's the feeling that matters in a video game. Best o'luck, H |
