ARTICLE V –DEPASSEMENT
L’Artiste s’engage à terminer le Film et à ce titre, garantit pouvoir étendre la durée de sa prestation en cas de dépassement de la chronologie inscrite dans le plan de tournage du Film, objet des présentes, à des dates à convenir d’un commun accord, pendant une période égale à 25% de la durée de son engagement à l’expiration de celui-ci dans les conditions de rémunérations prévues ci-dessous.
Dans le cas où la collaboration de l’ARTISTE serait nécessaire au PRODUCTEUR soit au-delà de 3 (trois) cachets minimum garantis à la date de tournage fixée à l’Article II ci-dessus, soit au-delà de la date fixée à l’Article II ci-dessus, le PRODUCTEUR versera une somme brute de 3 000 € (trois mille euros) pour l’ARTISTE et une somme hors taxes de 300 € (trois cents euros) pour l’Agent par journée de travail effectuée, payable dans la semaine suivant l’exécution de ce cachet.
