Necesito traducir a inglés esto, dentro del contexto de una empresa que se dedica al envío de dinero (remesas familiares) y tiene un departamento que se ocupa de lidiar con reclamos de transacciones que han tenido problemas, por ejemplo, que faltaba el nombre del beneficiario, o dirección de entrega, por ejemplo.

I think this would be a common English equivalent for this, at this time, in this context, at least in U.S. English. "Customer" is not in the ST, but I think it would likely be used. For one consideration, just plain "service department" I think has the connotation of the department which does repairs & maintenance, not the department that resolves customers' transaction-related problems.
