First question: Hitachi Monozone/Shirokuma/etc. or an original product from a Poland-based manufacturer? Can you tell the brand?
At the moment, it seems very probable that geopiet has found the original English (not necessarily Japanese) specification.
And as to the reverse translation - I bet your client wouldn't make you aware of it. Why should they? If I were your client, I wouldn't. Still, this issue remains my assumption.
Actually, it seems that Jerry is doing a reverse translation - is that right? Maybe in order to verify whether the existing Polish translation is correct, or...? If yes, then I don't know whether Jerry should be aware that the original (I presume) English text is readily available.
