Each party may at any time, without notice to the other party, set off any liability of the other party to it against any liability it has to the other party, whether either liability is present or future, liquidated or unliquidated, and whether or not either liability arises under this agreement. Any exercise by a party of its rights under this clause 13.5 shall not limit or affect any other rights or remedies avalable to it under this agreement or otherwise.

Dziękuję za odpowiedź. Czy to znaczy, że każda ze stron może potrącić zobowiązania drugiej strony ze swoich zobowiązań wobec tej drugiej strony? Nie chcę wyjść na osobę, która nie czyta ze zrozumieniem, ale muszę mieć pewność, dlatego jeszcze raz pytam. Pozdrawiam |
