Das Prinzip Geschlossene Publikums-AIF
Geschlossene Publikums AIF sind unternehmerische Beteiligungen, die Privatanlegern die Beteiligung an Sachwertinvestitionen unterschiedlicher Asset-Klassen ermöglichen.

Im Gegensatz zu Offenen Fonds sind bei Geschlossene Publikums AIF das Anlageobjekt und das Investitionsvolumen bereits festgelegt. Damit ist auch die Zahl der Anleger begrenzt. Sobald das benötigte Emissionskapital eingeworben ist, schließt der Anbieter den Fonds und ein Beitritt weiterer Anleger ist nicht mehr möglich. Der Erwerber eines Anteils an einem Geschlossene Publikums AIF wird Gesellschafter (in der Regel Kommanditist).
