Swedish term

Anmälningspliktiga personer

Swedish to English Social Sciences Medical: Pharmaceuticals
What is "Anmälningspliktiga personer"? I can see what "anmälningspliktiga" means with reference to a company, but what is this with reference to a person?

Here is the sentence:
Anmälningspliktiga personer, större aktieägare samt kontroll av Bolaget

Discussion

Christopher Schröder Mar 25, 2019:
From the context, this is clearly insiders who have to notify the regulator of any trading
TechLawDC Mar 25, 2019:
Much more context would be desirable. Etc. --> This question is mis-categorized, in my opinion. It should be in the "Legal" category, not the "Social Sciences" category.
The details of the required anmälning would be helpful.
Helen Johnson Mar 25, 2019:
Could they be referring to people at a company who are the chosen ones to report/notify? Otherwise, all I can think of is if someone works as a sole trader and the activity that s/he does needs to be notified.

Selected

Persons under a duty to notify; individuals under a reporting duty

Helen J's comments made me rethink the 'notifiable' diversion. So I switched to UK Money Laundering reporting mode: Solicitors suspecting an offence have to 'snitch' and sneak on each other.
Example sentence:

Reporting obligation under US state law.

Perhaps the most significant aspect of the consultation is the proposal to raise the level of suspicion required to report suspected money laundering to the NCA.

notifiable manager

I'd be more sure if you had more context info... But here's an idea that seems to be 'modern.' It's even in the title!
Peer comment(s):

neutral Charlesp : I am not sure this is the term for his particular context.

Notifiable individuals

The sentence you quote is item B.6 of the standard form for shares emission prospectus. I have seen another English translation as well, "individuals required to notify their interest [in the company in question]
Peer comment(s):

neutral Helen Johnson : I've heard of notifiable diseases but not individuals.

Persons who are required to be notified; Persons who are required to provide notice

The first answer is far more likely. All depends on context.
-----
Alternatives:
Individuals who are required to be notified; Individuals whom the Company (or whom XXX) is required to notify.
----
Further alternatives (less likely, as mentioned): Individuals who are required to notify [the Company]; Individuals who are required to provide formal notice [to the Company].
----
NOTE concerning "personer": "Persons" is better than "Individuals", because in Swedish as in English the word includes entities.
Peer comment(s):

disagree Helen Johnson : Not "to be notified" - it's talking about the person who has to notify an authority of the activity s/he is doing as a business, not the person within the authority who needs to be notified. Also, providing notice means giving notice of leaving a job
