Le cancer ORL désigne un cancer localisé au niveau de la tête ou du cou. Sous la dénomination tête et cou ont été regroupées les localisations correspondant aux voies aérodigestives supérieures suivantes :
– Cavité buccale
– Oropharynx (partie du pharynx située derrière la bouche)
– Nasopharynx (partie du pharynx située en arrière des fosses nasales)

Cyril's consideration is certainly valid, and you may better stick to the more 'neutral' option of head and neck tumo(u)rs or neoplasms – although in practice you may have difficulty finding a text about non-malignant tumors both under the heading of "Néoplasies ORL" and of "Head and neck tumo(u)rs/neoplasms".
