agree  Ana Rita Santiago: I like your wording but would rather use "ruling" instead of "finding" and "parental alienation" instead of "parental estrangement". The estrangement is a result of the "alienation", as defined by psychologists. I stand corrected. Thx for the info.

  -> I demur. Finding relates to facts, ruling to points of law; parental alienation/parental estrangement are synonyms as per the literature. BTW there is no such word as allegate.
