I have found various ways to say this (prêts garantis par des ressources naturelles, financement garanti par des ressources naturelles, prêts adossés à des ressources naturelles), though none seems to be a generally accepted term...

Asker: Thank you all for your input! I was looking for a commonly accepted expression to match to French acronym. However there doesn't seem to be an expression more accepted than another, so in the end I opted for "prêts adossés à des ressources naturelles", as I find it more elegant, and kept the acronym in English. ;)
