Spanish term

poliza

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Engineering (general)
I am translating a business document dealing with business procedures for an air conditioning company, from Mexico for US English.

In a section on Service Planning where it says the objective is to:

Tener control sobre la agenda de los tecnicos de manera anticipada y confirmar su visita con los clientes, para solicitar accesos.

it then states the steps to be taken to achieve this:

Se revisa el master de programacion de todas ***las polizas*** dos semanas antes de terminar cada mes.
Se revisa el master de ***polizas*** para asignar servicios
Se asignan ***las polizas*** por tecnico, de acuerdo a la obra que le corresponde.

I don't think that policy is the correct translation in this context and wonder if it means something like 'work order'. Has anyone come across this before. TIA.

@ Neil I had to send the translation off and decided to ask them as this document is full of special company words. When I hear back I will let you know. Maybe I shouldn't have closed the question .....

Can you tell us ... what the solution turned out to be? I'm fascinated.
