English term

farm to bottle

English to Spanish Other Food & Drink distillery
We honor Mexico’s millenary culture of corn through our obsessive, innovative production of farm-to-bottle spirits.

I undestrand it is a new term coined to identify the region of the ingredient (corn) being used, I was wondering if there is an equivalent used in spanish. thank you

En el enlace se hace hincapié en lo artesanal, local y de escasa producción: "it feels good to know that there are still small, private distilleries out there doing things the right way."

Como caso particular del farm-to-table

More commonly, the use of farm-to-table emphasizes a direct relationship between a farm and a restaurant. Rather than buying through a distributor or a food service, some restaurants establish relationships with farms and buy directly from them

Farm-to-table (or farm-to-fork, and in some cases farm-to-school) is a social movement which promotes serving local food at restaurants and school cafeterias, preferably through direct acquisition from the producer
