For example, "My company is looking to hire new team members.
Take a look at the current job openings," is an acceptable post.
By contrast, "I heard about job openings at this company called YYYY," is unacceptable.
This requirement is particularly crucial for posts that may be construed as promoting YYYY.
Clearly identify Personal Social Media Accounts as such.
Ideally, Personal Social Media Accounts will include a disclaimer along the lines of, "I am an employee of YYYY.
The views and information presented here are my own."
This disclaimer is particularly important if the Company Agent is participating in a forum touching on health care products or health care more broadly.
