● 디프테리아, 백일해, 파상풍, 홍역, 풍진, 폴리오, 급성 B형간염, 일본뇌염, b형헤모필루스
인플루엔자, 폐렴구균
- (의사)환자가 2명 이상 역학적(시간적, 공간적으로 밀집)으로 연관된 경우
● 수두, 유행성이하선염
- 학교, 유치원, 영유아 보육시설 등 집단시설: 3주 이내 (의사)환자가 같은 학급에서 2명 이상
발생한 경우
* 단, 전체기관 인원이 20명 미만인 경우 학급과 상관없이 최소 2명이상 발생 시 실시
