Por los diversos ejemplos que pueden encontrarse en la red, "workout" en "online workout fundraiser" suele referirse a una sesión de entrenamiento, con fecha y hora especificadas, que es retransmitida online (en línea, de manera virtual) con el objeto de recaudar fondos para alguna causa. Como comentado en otra pregunta [online parent support group], pude plantearse utilizar "en línea" o "virtual)"en vez de "online", aunque por algún motivo no me suena igual de "limpio" que al utilizar el anglicismo "online".

También notar que Fundraiser es el nombre aquí; literalmente sería una recaudación de fondos mediante (una) sesión de entrenamiento online. En todo caso, la inversión del orden parece natural en este caso; Sesión de entrenamiento online para recaudar fondos.

Sí, efectivamente, en la península el anglicismo online está perfectamente integrado -tanto así que, personalmente, me resulta mucho más natural referirme a una actividad online (esto es, vía internet) que "en línea" (que suena como a vía telefónica) o "virtual" (que incluye connotaciones no presentes en "online").
