Hi everyone,
This is from a Syrian text, and I'm not sure what it means here.
لم أكن في الحقيقة سوى مدّعية تتقمص العواطف الشجية لأوقعهم في حبالي وأثبت لهم حقيقة مفادها أنني كامرأة لا تحوز في نظرهم من العقل سوى نصفه
Does this mean she proves to them the truth (of their opinions?) that a woman only has half a mind.
