Explanation:
Since the video is about disabilities, I think the chances are the speaker suffers from, is afflicted with (am I allowed to say that?) ectrodactyly, aka split hand, cleft hand: lobster claw hand/foot. It's not perfectly clear, but the man in the white shirt beside him holding his beer in his right hand might have a deformed hand.

"L'ectrodactylie (également appelée « aplasie digitale » ou « adactylie »2) est une maladie génétique rare qui se signale par une absence d'un ou plusieurs orteils ou de doigts de la main, formant pour la main une pince, dite « pince de crabe », ou « pince de homard ».

Note that the speaker goes on to say "We can laff at ourselves too", so his presentation was probably for comic effect, i.e. poking fun at people who make fun of him/them with the "lobster claw" name.
